He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Gladys Putz (Repka); his daughter Tanya Kim Putz; his sister Sharon Domboski; and his in-laws, Herbert and Norma Swanson.
He is survived by: his pet Trucking; his wife Sandi (Swanson); his children, Derek Putz (Dorothy) of Shawano, Shaun Putz of Campbellsport and Jared Putz (Amanda) of Holland, MI; his grandchildren, Corbin Putz (Claire), Baelyan Putz (Makayla), Jayden Hoag, Ava Dorr, Crimson Smith, Hoahlee Smith and Halo Smith; his brother James Putz; and his nieces and nephews, Devra Dorner (James), Chandra, Alyssa, Brianna and Timothy Putz (Deb). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (350 S Helena St, Campbellsport, WI 53010). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Washington County Memorial Park (3358 Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095).
