He was predeceased by: his cousin Adrian Laurich. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Mayworm and Jayne Wickland Mayworm; his daughter Isabella Mayworm; his siblings, Joshua, David, Andrew, Benjamin, Zachary Mayworm (Stephanie) and Jessica Rettler (Joseph); and his partner's child Chevelle Madison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to family for Isabella's future education.
