He was predeceased by : his father Leo Hoffman; and his wife Joanie Heim. He is survived by : his daughters, Shelley Rahlf (Tom) and Tracy Gerondale (Kelly "Bub"); his granddaughter Sophie; his daughter-in-law Cathy; his siblings, Gloria Depas (Erwin) and Gail Treml (Ed); his siblings-in-law, Steve Heim (Sally), Mary Leiterman (Bob) and Lorraine Heim; his sons, Mark and Chris; and his son-in-law Mike Mayer.
