She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Wery and Beverly Wery (Peckinpaugh); her sister Amy Wery; and her parents-in-law, Joseph and Patricia Mastalir.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph Mastalir; her siblings, Linda Lambert (Terry), Grant C. Wery (Susan), Laurie Valind (Bruce), Jenny Van Rossum, Cindy Carpenter (Bill), Renee Wery and Jeronimo Trejo; her stepchildren, Anthony Mastalir (Danielle), Michael Mastalir (Whitney), Sherri Rubringer (Steve), Jessica Des Jarlais, Jeremy Des Jarlais and Jason Des Jarlais; her nieces and nephews, Grant W. Wery (Joan), Trent Powell (Larissa), Miranda Cueller Trejo (Juan), Melissa Nuthals (Tom), Justin Van Rossom (Loretta Schwittay), Sara Carpenter, Amy Munoz, Kimberly Carpenter, Jacqueline Wery Trejo and Isabella Wery Trejo; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Mastalir (Debbie), Greg Mastalir, Richard Mastalir, Maria LeCloux (Darrel), Mark Mastalir, Meg Kline (Bill), Blaine Mastalir, Chris Mastalir and John Van Rossum. She is also survived by step grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
