She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Conrad and Pauline Conrad (Brueggen); her husband Chuck; her granddaughter Janessa Korn; her siblings, Elvera and Norbert; and her siblings-in-law, Leslie Leis, Ralph Clements and Elizabeth Leis.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Johnson (Tom) of Viroqua, WI, Patricia Fish of Sparta, WI, Michael Leis (Alice) of Cashton, WI and Jane Korn (William) of Cashton, WI; her siblings, Paul Conrad (Joan) of Westby, WI and Rosie Walsky of Winona, MN; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Clements, MaryAnn Leis and Daniel Bekkum. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
