He is survived by: his parents, Joey Mashak and Katie Mashak; his sister Madaline (Ty Costello); his grandparents, Tom, Geri Simonson, Bill and Gini Mashak; his aunts and uncles, Becky Muellenberg, Rachel Schroeder, Diane Simonson, Amy, Bill Flottmeyer, Ben and Tracy Mashak; and his cousins, Jaxon, Evelyn Muellenberg, Dominick Schroeder, Preston, Carter McNulty, Levi Bauer, Dominic and Naomi Mashak.
