He is survived by: his sons, Brad Rugg (Ann Abraham) of Houston, MN and Michael Rugg of New Richmond, WI; his grandchildren, Craig Peterson (Danielle) and Paige Markegard (Adam); his great grandchildren, Hudson and Hattie Peterson; his sister Carol Leis; and his former wife Diana Clements.
