He was predeceased by: his wife Jene Ann Kirk; his parents, Herman Wasmund and Helen Dittman (Giese); and his sisters, Donna Larsen (Leon), Isabel Wasmund and Sharon Welsh.
He is survived by: his children, Marsha Hurley (Dan) of Lakewood, CO, David Wasmund (Shelly) of Jackson, WI, Diane Patza (Bob) of Cecil, WI and Jackie Voit of Milwaukee, WI; his brothers, Rick Wasmund (Kristy) and William Wasmund (Valerie) of Burlington, WI; his former wife Judy Wasmund; and also, Ellen Sliwinski and Glen Sutherland. He is also survived by his daughter; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
