She is survived by: her husband Richard Dykstra; her children, Stacy Mains (Shawn), Christopher Dykstra (Laura), Sally Ketterhagen (Josh), Erin Hoffmann (Jon) and Jordan Engel (Sean); her grandchildren, Shay, Keegan (Hannah), Keely (Meagan), Ailish, Aoife Mains, Grace, Dylan Dykstra, Bryce (Kenzie), Logan, Cole, Reid, Grady Ketterhagen, Lexi, Avery, Brynn Hoffmann and Gavin Engel; her siblings, Jeff Anzia, Deb Wieberdink (Mark), Joanne Voskuil (Jim), Pete Anzia (Marybeth) and Jim Anzia (Wendy); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Dykstra (Susan) and Mary Dykstra (Tom Saler). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
