He was predeceased by: his brother Jim (Suzanne). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Prom (Kevin), Michael Roth (Anne) and David Roth (Leah); his grandchildren, Aly Oestreich (Timothy), Jacob Prom (Victoria), Emily Prom, Max, Nora, Malcolm and Tatum Roth; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Jane Oestreich. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, in care of Plopper Funeral Home, for a memorial bench and tree planting at Covered Bridge Park.
