She is survived by: her sons, Todd Polack (Lisa) of Grafton and Timothy Polack (Claudia) of De Pere, Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Maxwell (Lauren), Madison, Jaden (Amanda), Josie and Justin Polack; her sisters, Doreen Wirth and Cindy Hilsberg; her brother-in-law Thomas "Tom" Hilsberg; her nieces, Melinda Wirth and Heidi Wirth (Shane); her great-nieces, Gladys and Winifred McAdams; her nephew Konrad Hilsberg (Michelle); her great-nieces, Ella and Lyla Hilsberg; her niece Gretchen Simmons (Tony); her great-nieces, Emma and Ava; and her great-nephew Jacob Simmons.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zur Ruhe Cemetery (N69W60001 Bridge Rd, Cedarburg, WI 53012).
