He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ruppel and Marie Ruppel (Nielson). He is survived by: his wife Marvell Bregar; his children, Chad Ruppel (Kelly), Quinn Ruppel (Emily), Whitney Betanzos (Pete) and Shaw Ruppel; his grandchildren, Paige, Jordyn, Clay, Charlotte, Eli, Ava Ruppel, Emerson and Skye Betanzos; and his sister Joann Borusky (Dale). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
