She is survived by: her husband Donald Levy of Foundation's Civic Award; her children, Lisa Vogt (Tom), Kim Levy (Michael Stafman) and Ben Levy (Janice); her grandchildren, Brian Vogt, Stephanie Baum (Saxon), Ellie Bender (Jordan), Madeline Mark (Jordan), Audree Goone, Jake Levy, Sara Levy and Anna Levy; and her great grandchildren, Bari, Banks Baum, Theo and Lola Bender.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Cedarburg High School Community Service Program or Mequon Jewish Preschool.
