With sadness, we share the passing of Marcele J. Boerner (Cedarburg, Wisconsin). Marcele, born on March 22, 1933, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jost and Catherine Jost; her husband Allen W. "Tubby" Boerner; her brothers, Eugene Jost (Marcia), John Jost (Eunice), Lawrence Jost (Thelma) and Timothy Jost (Theresa); and her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Schroeder (Robert) and Ernst Behnisch.
She is survived by: her children, Gregory (Sandra), Jeffrey (Lisa) and Denise Boerner-Lilly; her grandchildren, Heather Mader (Chris), Shannon Lilly, Craig Boerner (Lindsay) and Laura Bolgert (Sam); her great grandchildren, Evonne, Wynter, Kaidyn, Savannah, Cameron and Aubrey; her stepgrandchildren, Austin J. Menke (Meghan) and Morgan Potter (Phillip); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexandra Mader, Grayson Potter, Lydia, Chloe and Piper Menke; and her siblings, Ronald Jost (Betty) and Marilyn Behnisch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations be made to Boys Town, P.O. Box 8000, Boys Town, NE 68010, in her honor.
