It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene M. Filter of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marlene M. Filter to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Konkol (Ted) and Bridget Konkol of Amherst Junction; her husband Art (Art); her sister Jan Trzebiatowski (Rudy) of Amherst Junction; and her sister-in-law Diane Konkol (Butch) of Amherst.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Filter (Beth) of Hubertus, WI and Kristin Filter of Jackson, WI; her grandchildren, J. P., Jillian and Jameson; and her siblings, Robert Konkol (Butch) of Amherst, Judy Vandergrift of Kansas City, MO, Lyle Konkol (Darlene) of Casper, WY, Rusty Konkol (Linda) of Amherst Junction and Lynn Booher (Kirk) of Waunakee.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church-North (1375 Covered Bridge Rd, Cedarburg, WI 53012). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the St. Francis Borgia North (1375 Covered Bridge Rd, Cedarburg, WI 53012). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Immanuel Cemetery. A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post (W57N481 Hilbert Ave, Cedarburg, WI 53012).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Marlene's name may be made St. Francis Borgia North Catholic Church.
