He is survived by : his children, Thomas Mikkelson (Kim) and Valerie Hight (Barry); his grandchildren, Christian (Sandy), Jennifer (Jesse), Brittany (Bryan), Peter (April) and Shannon; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Haley, Duke, Drake, Amelia, Indira, Finnegan and Tessa.
