He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Kalota and Helen Kalota (Sobczak); his brother Frank Jr. Together (Alice Kalota); his brother-in-law David Erb; and his nephew Matthew Korpal.
He is survived by : his sisters, Carol Erb and Patricia Smith (Gary). He is also survived by many nephews; nieces; and cousins.
