We are sad to announce that on May 26, 2023, at the age of 75, Carlene K. Potaczek of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Tyler and Pearl Tyler (Speedling); her husband Allen Potaczek; her son Michael; and her siblings, Charles Tyler, Sandra Main, Dick and Don Loiselle.
She is survived by: her friend Green Bay Packer; her daughters, Pamela Jensen and Jolene Hanzlik (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Jacob Hanzlik (Casey), Courtney Jensen (Katie), Joshua Hanzlik (Megan) and Kelsey Koenig (Devon); and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Madalynn Hanzlik, Capree, Kamree Jensen, Amelia Hanzlik, Jamison and Beauden Koenig. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
