He is survived by: his children, Daniel of Pigeon Forge, Michael of Eau Claire and Kelly Luna (Thomas) of Georgetown, Texas; his grandchildren, Benson Carpenter of Eau Claire, Layne Carpenter of Eau Claire, Leif Carpenter of Eau Claire and Logan Carpenter of Eau Claire; his sister Ro Jeana Cline of Wausau; his cousin Sonya Carpenter; and his close friend Troy Curtis.
