He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Bergeron and Marcella Bergeron (Plante); his wife Delores Peterson (Wagner); and his brother-in-law Allen Boucher. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Bergeron (Diana) of Eau Claire, Loren Bergeron (Deb) of Chippewa Falls, Deanna Metza (Dennis) of Chippewa Falls and Georgina Boucher of Barronette; and his stepsons, Michael, Steven and Perry Peterson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (117 Allen St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Notre Dame Catholic Church or to the Donor's choice.
