She is survived by: her sons, Adam Lewis (Leah), Matt Lewis (Amy) and Greg Lewis; her granddaughters, Addy, Izzy and Paige; her parents, Jack Zais and Connie Zais; her brother Scott; and her sister-in-law Sue Zais. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
