She is survived by: her husband Steve Anderson; her daughter Lindsay Kohls (Jason); her granddaughter Lucy; her brother Bobby Berchem (Kris); and her nephew Kevin Berchem (Diane). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces and many cousins.
