He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Fenner and Marion Fenner (Mueller); his wives, Phyllis and Brenda; his daughter Sarah; and his brother Dale Fenner.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Fenner of Madison, Anthony Fenner (Wei) of McKinney, TX and Jessica Sweeney (Jacob) of Chippewa Falls; his siblings, David Fenner (Nattaya) of Menomonie, Douglas Fenner (Brenda) of Chippewa Falls, Ann Fenner of Madison and Debbie Fellenz (Gary) of Pleasant View, UT; and his grandchildren, Jesse Fenner, Cody Melgaard, Adrienne Tolliver, Carrisa Melgaard, Andrew Fenner, Rayanne Brock and Victoria Fenner. He is also survived by 8 great granddaughters.
