With sadness, we share the passing of Elaine Duncan of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Elaine, born on November 7, 1939, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Webber and Elizabeth Webber (Riley); her husband Thomas; her son Thomas; and her siblings, Bill, Ed Webber, Gloria Gulich and Arlene Stevens (Mary Schulner).
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Greene of Chippewa Falls and Sandy Kammel (Duane) of Sopchoppy, FL; her siblings, Don Webber (Shirley) of Chippewa Falls, Kenneth Webber of Tampa, FL and Dorothy Mauhar of Eau Claire; her grandchildren, Matthew Grensing (Tia), Aaron Grensing (Brittany), Tracey Grensing and Michael Duncan; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Ava Rubenzer, Maddie, Aiden Duncan, Remi, Simon, Greyson and Greer Grensing.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hope Cemetery (418 N State St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729).
