She was predeceased by: her grandparents, George W. and Lora Ette Sankey (Sweet); her husband Richard C. Frazier; her parents, Levi and Edna; her stepmothers, Fern Wright Sankey and Marie Erickson; her son George Ackley; her sister Evelyn; her brother-in-law Rex Dunbar; her sister Lois Oda; and her niece Jean Marshall.
She is survived by: her niece Amy Nelson (Rick) of Iron River, WI; her nephews, Steven Dunbar (Joanne) of Kelso, WA, Perry Oda of Mililani, HI, Jim Oda (Debbie) of Mililani, HI, Thomas Dunbar (Patty) of Port Charlotte, FL and Jack Oda (Marcie) of Auburn, WA; her stepsons, Eugene Frazier (Julie) of Roswell, NM and Curtis Frazier (Nancy) of Pahrump, NV; and her grandchildren, Alexander Frazier, Jessica Frazier and Melissa McLeod. She is also survived by many grand-nieces and nephews; great grand-nieces and nephews.
