He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Butnick (Brian) and Alan Anderson; his grandchildren, Julia Montgomery (Bobby) and Jacob Butnick; and his siblings, Carol Collinson (Robert) and Richard Anderson (Christine). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
