She was predeceased by : her parents, Gilbert Bohl and Mildred Bohl (Langel); her husband Thomas Vernon Westaby of Joseph's Church; her son Thomas S. Westaby; her son-in-law Mike Rene; her sister Joanne Schafer; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Patten.

She is survived by : her daughters, Cheryl Patten (Randal) of Chippewa Falls, Diana Rykal (Russ) of Chippewa Falls, Janet McDonough (Daniel) of Chippewa Falls and Linda Rene of Eau Claire; her grandchildren, Mike Patten (Hallie), Derek Patten, Drew (Julie), Jared Rykal (Sara), Ryan Rene (Katie), Jessica Gilmore (Eric), Shannon Krippinger (Chris), Alexandra, Garrett and Madison McDonough; and her siblings, Donald Bohl (Marlene) of Stanley, Duane Bohl (Nancy) of Stanley, Darlene Eslinger of Chippewa Falls and Betty Tomczak (George) of Cadott. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
