He is survived by: his parents, Gary Kane and Jean Kane (Konerik); his wife Jennifer Kane (Mickelson); his sons, Jude and Declan "Dex" Kane; his sister Laura; his brother-in-law Peter Kron; his niece Emily; his nephew Mathew Kron; his parents-in-law, James and Chris Mickelson (Najbrt); his sister-in-law Michelle Mickelson (Gary Wauters); and his grandmother Carol Konerik. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
