He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Chada and Mildred Chada (Tauer); and his brother Dennis Chada. He is survived by: his wife Jude Chada of Chippewa Falls, WI; his sons, James Chada of Chetek and Alan Chada (Fae Bilderback) of Chippewa Falls; his granddaughter Elizabeth Bizios (Darian); his great grandchildren, Andreas and Nora Bizios; his brother Tom Chada (Jane); and his sister-in-law Gloria Chada.
