He is survived by: his sons, Jared Perry, Ellery Perry, Stephen Perry and Gregory Perry; his grandchildren, Sawyer Perry and Levi Perry; his former wife Heidi Perry; his brother Bill Perry (Deb); and his sister-in-law Kathy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
