He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mullen and Geraldine Mullen (Borofka); his son Paul; and his sister Sue Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Mark of Chippewa Falls; his grandchildren, Lewis, Willem and Freja Mullen; his sisters, Connie, Carol and Diane; and his brother-in-law Dave Olson (Mary Lee).
