She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Hakes and Elsie Hakes (Black); her brother Lawrence; and her sister-in-law Arlene. She is survived by: her brother Joe Hakes; her niece Monica Kloss (Tom); her nephews, Chuck Hakes (Sue), Dave Hakes, Dean Hakes (Susan) and Lee Hakes (Holly); her great-nieces and great-nephews, LaRaye, Emily, Iris, Ava Hakes, Le Tessa Eckwright, Mike, Mitch, Travis, Taylor Hakes and Levi Eckwright; and also, Dom Sly, Quin Eckwright, Adi Eckwright, Nevaeh Sly, Braylon Eckwright and Porter Hakes.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel & Cremation Services (44 E Columbia St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Union Cemetery (22998-22000 Co Hwy O, Cadott, WI 54727).
