He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Boos Niesen; his children, Patrick Jr. (Natalie), Jim (Michelle), Chris (Deanna) and Allyson (Jonathan); his stepchildren, Kimberly Boos and Korry Boos (Tanya); his grandchildren, Brooke (Josh), Logan, Elizabeth, Jimmy (Alisa), Sophia and Saylor; his stepgrandchildren, Jonathan Jr., Kaine, Kalon and Kaiden Boos; his siblings, Ellen Borman (Jim) and Michael Leary (Becky Tylka); and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be made to the family in Patrick's memory.
