He is survived by : his mother Lois; his mother-in-law Rose Pieper; his wife Cathy; his children, Allison Amundson (Mike) and Kyle; his sisters, Kathy Lange (Jim), Nancy Frank (Dan) of Chippewa Falls and Carol Farmer (Rick); his in-laws, Shirley Randall (Joe), Theresa Sedlacek (Richard), Donna Woodcock (Jim), Edwin Pieper (Missy), William Pieper (Stephanie), Nicholas Pieper (Tami), Anne Vanden Heuvel (Eric), Margaret Schwarz (Todd), Regina Blodgett (Terry), Veronica Romanowski (Nathan) and Karen Simington (Justin); and his grandchildren, Jane, Ruby, Julia and Amundson. He is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (110 E Grand Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729).

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers Memorials to the Zion Lutheran radio broadcast or to St. Charles Borromeo Church.
