He is survived by: his father Russell Butterfield; his wife Sandy Boos; his pet Ivy; his daughters, Lori Trowbridge (Dean), Wendy Scott (Steve) and Brenda Hagen; and his siblings, Deb Mai, Fleet Butterfield (Jean), Anne Madison (Tom) and Renee Thompson (Mike). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
