We are sad to announce that, on February 13, 2026, at the age of 54, Russell Speltz of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, William Speltz (Sherri Brekke) of Lewiston, MN and Karen Speltz (Neyers) of Winona, MN; his wife Heather Hebert; his sons, Joshua Speltz (Kelsie) of Holmen, Michael Speltz (Kailey Kronebusch) of Winona, MN and Devin Speltz of Eau Claire; his stepdaughter Taylor Renee of Chippewa Falls; his brothers, Andrew "Andy" Speltz (Tina) of Red Wing, MN and Chuck Speltz (Salena) of Alma; his grandchildren, Madyn, Sloan and Vaughn; and his in-laws, Maureen Hebert of Chippewa Falls, Heidi Bernier (Justin) of Chippewa Falls and Charles Hebert (Jaime) of Bloomer, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
