He was predeceased by: his parents, William Battcher and Annamae Battcher; his brother Gary Battcher; his nephews, Buddy Warnecke and Darrin Bremness; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Czerniak, Darrell Bremness, Maryanne Battcher and Lori Battcher.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Shuper (Everett); his granddaughter Toni Ann Shuper; and his siblings, Lloyd Battcher, Shirley Czerniak, Margaret Archery and Beverly Bremness. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
