He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton McVinnie and Diane McVinnie (Larson); his siblings, Ricardeau McVinnie, Randall McVinnie, Patrick McVinnie, Susan and Anthony McVinnie; his granddaughter Makenzie Schabell; and his wife Patricia McVinnie.
He is survived by: his children, Sarah Johson (Wilson Davis) of Chippewa Falls and Ryan McVinnie of Chippewa Falls; his granddaughters, Makala Schabell, Briana Shilts and Melanie McVinnie; his great grandchild Lennon Ferguson; and his siblings, James McVinnie (Chris Snyder), Robert McVinnie (Wanda), Pamela McVinnie (Ryan Hurt) and Lynda McVinnie. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
