He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Valley and Mary Valley; and his brother Mitchell Valley. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Valley; his daughters, Trisha Studer (Scott) of Pine Island, MN., Christa Schommer (Andrew) of Rice Lake, WI., Katina Valley of Chippewa Falls, WI. and Tommi Smeltzer (Justin) of Mondovi, WI.; his stepchildren, Haley Lynch (Travis) of Tulsa and Dylan Sieme of Chippewa Falls, WI.; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Mallory and Jack Thomas Studer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Horan Funeral Home (420 Bay St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729). A vigil service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (117 Allen St, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729).
