He is survived by: his wife Virginia Magnuson; his children, Jerry Sommerfeld (Laurie), Carol Haglund (Dave), Bryan Sommerfeld (Beth) and Lynn Riley (Allen); his brother Ted Sommerfeld (Donna); his grandchildren, Amber Huskinson, Brenda Martin (Aaron), Sarah Haglund, Krista Flanders (Austin), Kailee Linton (Aaron), Kelsie Sommerfeld, Kristie Schwab (Adam), Kole Sommerfeld and Brandon Riley; his great grandchildren, Holden Huskinson, Cali Martin, Charlee Sommerfeld, William Linton, Margaret Linton and Greta Schwab; and his sisters-in-law, Amber Sommerfeld, Joanne Sommerfeld and Myrna Magnuson.
