Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Brian Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He is survived by : his parents, Richard Severson and Linda Severson (Aaen); his children, Joshua Severson (Heather) of Lonsdale, MN, Ethan Severson (Hannah) of Fitchburg and Ariana Wittmer (Taylor) of Rice Lake; his brother Scott Severson (Leandra); his grandsons, Oliver and Patrick Severson; and his close friend Sherrie Effertz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rausch and Steel Funeral Home (19 S 3rd St, Barron, WI 54812). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church of Arland Arland (698 8th Ave, Clayton, WI 54004). A burial was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at the Independent Cemetery.
