He is survived by: his wife Wendy Kolb; his daughter Carolyn; his brother Kenneth Pagel Jr.; his sisters-in-law, Connie Rautmann, LaFaye Herzog (Wayne), Diana Kolb and Cyndi Krause; and his half-brother Mark Pagel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephew, cousins and an aunt.
