He is survived by : his wife Wanda Watkins; his sister Paulette Tucker (Dave); and his children, John Mosley (Amanda), Robert Mosley (Tonya), Earnest Mosley (Pam), Ronald Mosley (Courtney), Alvin Watkins (Debra), Robin Watkins Reed, James Mosley, Rachel Waterson, Kenny Watkins (Angie), Rhonda Mawhinney, Denise Perez, Anita Bradley and Ray Watkins (Jessica). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rosman Uehling Kinzer Funeral Home (1125 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rosman Funeral Home (1125 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511).
