She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Ladewig and Mary Ladewig (Harbison); her son Jason Childress; and her brother Wayne Ladewig. She is survived by: her husband Art Bushue; her daughters, Cheri Wiegman and Lisa Murfitt; her grandchildren, Olivia Ratts, Karter, Lily Murfitt, Jack and Alex Wiegman; Mike and Melody LeFevre.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Beloit Regional Hospice.
