She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Casper and Victor Casper; her husbands, Alex Lyga and Rodney Barnes; her close friend John Metcalf; her sons, Gregory and Jeffrey Lyga; her great grandchild Mia Mullooly; and her grandson Aaron Skinner.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Lyga (Sue), Diane Skinner (Malcom) and Dale Lyga (Brenda). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and numerous extended family.
