She was predeceased by: her parents, Romaine Bartlett and Faye Bartlett (Knapp). She is survived by: her husband Loren Bagley (Don); her children, Susan Bagley, Laurie Shelbourn and Lance Bagley (Jackie); her granddaughters, Alisha Shelbourn (Antonio Cruz), Lauren Bagley (Nate Stump), McKenzie Bagley (Matt Brewer) and Kendyl Bagley; her great grandchildren, Larissa Scott and Aaliah Rose; and her nieces and nephews, Tammy, Mike, Danielle and Berisha.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cindy's name will be given to cancer research and/or for a local education scholarship.
