She was predeceased by : her parents, Ward Werth and Margaret Werth (Gyrion); her husband Timothy Henry; and her brother Ward Werth. She is survived by : her children, James Turpen and Regina Hoppel (Jace). She is also survived by 10 Siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
