She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Lundt and Dorothy Lundt (Young); her husband Phillip B. Maddix; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Rosenow (Ray), Roxanne Maddix (Scott LeNoble), Danise Thiel (Rick), Angelica Berndt (Ron) and Phillip J. Maddix; and her siblings, Richard Lundt (Karen), Larry Lundt (Linda), Jerald Lundt (Geraldine), Mary Lembke (Kelvin) and Daniel Lundt (Sandi). She is also survived by dix 13 Grandchildren 20 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Apostolic Church (535 McKinley Ave, Clintonville, WI 54929). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Diane's name are preferred to be directed to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date, or to Calvary Apostolic Church.
