He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carrick and Thelma Lindsten (Hetue); his stepfather Milton Lindsten; his brothers, Steve Carrick (Joyce) and Tom Carrick; and his granddaughter Kyra Carrick.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Carrick.
In lieu of flowers the family will direct memorials to the Clintonville Area Food Pantry and Kellers Lake Day Camp for the Developmentally Disabled.
