He was predeceased by: his wife RoseMary Bazile; his parents, John Bazile and Theresa Bazile (O'Dell); his in-laws, Leonard and Ardis Fournier (Malueg); his sister Dawn; his brothers-in-law, Steve Verg and Maynard Gutho; and his nephew John Gutho.

He is survived by: his sons, Shawn (Kathy) and Shane Bazile (Amy); his grandchildren, Dakota (Kenzie), Cheyenne (Bryce) and Bridget Bazile; his stepgreat-granddaughter Annabelle; his sister Vonnie Gutho (Jim Grenz); his nieces, Teresa Griepentrog (Tim), MaryEllen Schafer (Marlin) and Wendy Hangartner (Lee); and his nephew Lee Verg (Kayla). He is also survived by many other great nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Anthony's would be greatly appreciated by John's family.
